A man who was in illegal possession of a home-made gun has been arrested beside a road leading to Lone phaw village in 9 miles Zone in Khamaukgyi towship, kawthoung district, Taninthayi region yesterday evening, according to local police station.
A police team patrolling the area found a man named Aung Bo Bo with a home-made gun and seized the gun in front of witnesses. Police from Khamaukgyi area police station brought charges against Aung Bo Bo according to Arms Law.—Nan Lay Lay (IPRD)
