In a bid to help contain the spread of covid-19, departmental personnel distributed masks to passers-by, increasing their knowledge about the virus near the roundabout in downtown of Kungyangone, Yangon south district yesterday morning.
Departmental personnel led by Police Major Hla Thu, head of the township Police Force urged passers-by to wear masks whenever they go outside to avoid contracting the deadly virus. They also made them known about the benefits of wearing facial masks in public.—Myo Hlaing (Twantay)
