Naungcho, 4 June
Medical workers from the Township Department of Public Health under Ministry of Health conducted a mass vaccination campaign at the office of the Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association in the Town of Naungcho, Kyaukme District of Shan State (North) this morning.
On the occasion, healthcare workers gave the vaccines such as BCG, cholera, hepatitis, Polio, measles, diphtheria, pneumonia and Japanese encephalitis vaccines to children below two years old and pregnant women.
Mass vaccination campaign is being conducted at the designated vaccination sites in the first week of the month in the Township.—Htway Nge(Naungcho IPRD)
