Medical workers from the Township Department of Health under the Ministry of Health conducted a mass immunization campaign against various deseases such as polio, measles, rubella and meningitis at the dhamayone of Mindon Monastery in Thayet Township, Magway Region this morning.
The department’s medical staff injected and dosed the children aged less than one and a half years old with the vaccines against various diseases free of charge.
The mass vaccination campaign against measles and rubella for kids under one and a half years old is being carried out in line with Covid-19 rules set by Ministry of Health.—Zaw Wam Tun(Aunglan)
