THE Myanmar Fruit, Flow­er and Vegetable Produc­ers and Exporters Associa­tion (MFVP) and Myanmar Innovative Life Sciences (MILS) held a meeting on 14 July to discuss potential collaboration for the Myan­mar Agri-Food Week 2026 (MAW 2026).

 

Officials of Myanmar Innovative Life Sciences (MILS) visited the MFVP to discuss whether the as­sociation could participate and collaborate at MAW 2026 to be held on 12-16 October 2026.

 

MFVP expressed its interest in participating in Myanmar Agri-Food Week 2026 and discussed the role and partner-led activities that align perfectly with the members’ interests, the as­sociation’s objectives and further coordination.

 

Myanmar Agri-Food Week 2026 is an event aimed at fostering knowledge ex­change between business­es, partner associations, research and technology institutions and creating business connections and promoting the long-term sustainable development of Myanmar’s agri-food sector among stakeholders.

 

MFVP also stated that it will continue to work closely with relevant or­ganizations to develop My­anmar’s fruit, flower, and vegetable sector, expand markets, and enhance in­ternational cooperation. — NN/KK
