The Week-4 matches of the Myanmar National League Cup were held at four stadiums in Yangon on 31 March and 1 April.
On 31 March 2024, Shan United Football Club trounced Kachin United FC 5-1 at Thuwunna Stadium, while Yangon United FC beat GFA 3-0 at Yangon United Sports Complex. Meanwhile, Rakhine United FC crashed Ra inbow FC 11-2 at the Univ e r s i t y Sports Complex a n d Maha United FC smashed Shwepyitha FC 8-1 at Padonma Stadium.
On 1 April 2024, the Institute of Sport and Physical Education FC defeated Yadanabon FC 2-1 at Thuwunna Stadium, while Ayeyawady United FC secured victory with a single goal from Yazar Aung against Hanthawady FC at USC. Meanwhile, Dagon Star United FC whitewashed Silver Star FC 9-1 at YUSC. Myawady FC beat Rakhapura United FC with one goal of Myawady FC’s striker Naing Zin Htet at Padonma Stadium.
After Week 4, Yangon United and Maha United got nine points each. Yangon United led Group A, and Maha United stood in second place in terms of goal difference. In Group B, Shan United stood in first position with nine points, followed by Rakhine United with six points. In Group C, Dagon Star took the first position with nine points, and the Hanthawady team and Ayeyawady team stood in second and third places with six points each.
