YADANABON FC defeated Ay­eyawady United FC 2‑1 in the 2025-2026 Myanmar National League matchday 20 held on 5 March at Thuwunna Youth Train­ing Centre.

Both teams had fought even­ly in the first half. Ayeyawady United took the lead through a penalty by Hein Htet Aung in 37 minutes, but Yadanabon quickly equalized with a goal from Lu Min Chit in 42 minutes. In the second half, both sides played aggressively, and Kalarp scored the winning goal for Yadanabon in 61 minutes.

Yadanabon FC fielded star players, including Pyay Moe and Soe Min Oo, while Ayeyawady United relied on youth players like Soe Akar and Thiha. Both teams did not use foreign play­ers, making the match a closely contested local showdown.
