MoSYA UM inspects 76th Independence Day Commemoration Youth and Literary Arts Festival preparation

U Min Thein Zan, Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Deputy Ministers U Myo Hlaing and U Zin Min Htet, Director-General of the Sports and Physical Education Department U Tun Myint Oo and officials inspected Nay Pyi Taw Wunnatheikdi Gymnasium B yesterday morning where the Youth and Literary Arts Festival will be held to commemorate the 76th Independence Day.

 

The Union minister and party then inspected the Sports and Youth Affairs Ministry’s gallery, which has been prepared to display photos of sports activities, portraits of the country’s proud gold medal winners, journals and magazines to ensure that those who come to the festival can enjoy playing sports games and records of activities related to the youth sector, documentary photos of the opening of the vocational training course. Quiz questions, the E-sports exhibition, and the officials were instructed to make any necessary adjustments for requirements. Subsequently, the Union Minister enjoyed the events, which will demonstrate judo, Vovinam, cane ball, Taekwondo, Wushu, boxing, martial arts, gymnastics, volleyball and fitness dance demonstration teams and worked carefully to ensure that the demonstration sports teams could demonstrate uniformly and gave the instruction to the administrators/coaches to follow the rules of their sports teams strictly.

 

The Union minister then watched the match between the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs team and the Ministry of Border Affairs team in the first round group match of the Inter-Ministry Under-25 football (female) tournament to commemorate the 76th Independence Day. — MNA/TS
