Mushroom growing course for the disabled opens 

Yekyi, July 25 

A mushroom growing course for the disabled was opened through collaborative efforts involving Australia embassy, Social Welfare department and Shwe Min Tha foundation (Myanmar) at Minglar Aungtheikdi monastery in the town of Yekyi, Pathein district, Ayerarwady region this morning. 

At the opening ceremony, MP U Myo Nyunt of the region Hluttaw and township administrartor U Min Khaing Win made speechs. Then, MP U Aung Kyaw Maing of the region Hluttaw extended welcoming speech to trainees and then, U Myat Thu Win, chairman of Shwe Min Tha foundation (Myanmar) explained the aim of the course. 

A total of 30 trainees will have practical and theoretical lessons about mush growing methods in the four-day course.—Aung Thu Han (IPRD)
