Myanmar, Bangladeshi BGFs perform joint naval patrol along Naf River

Myanmar’s Border Guard Police (BGP) and the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have reportedly conducted a joint navy patrol on 23 January, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.


Two patrol boats from Myanmar’s No.4 Border Guard Force led by Officiating Police Major Saw Oo from Maungtaw Township, Rakhine State made a security patrol in the Naf River together with two vessels from the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) headed by MA Rchil Asad from Teknaf BOP from 10:35 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on 23 January.—MOHA
