BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman sea and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th February, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, isolated in Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern) Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
