FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9th April, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State and isolated in Mandalay, Magway and Tanithayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan and Rakhine States.
