A Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Minister for Finance and Rev­enue Daw Than Than Lin attended the fourth consultation meeting on the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Develop­ment Bank (SCODB) in Shenzhen, China, from 29 to 30 June.

 

The meeting dis­cussed key issues relating to the draft memorandum of understanding on the bank’s establishment, including capital contri­butions, share allocation, voting rights, internation­al credit ratings, financial innovation, cooperation mechanisms and future work plans. The meeting was attended by deputy finance ministers, dep­uty governors of central banks and officials from 28 countries, including the ASEAN member states of Cambodia, Laos, Myan­mar, Indonesia and Viet­nam. — MNA/KZL
