A Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Minister for Finance and Revenue Daw Than Than Lin attended the fourth consultation meeting on the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Development Bank (SCODB) in Shenzhen, China, from 29 to 30 June.
The meeting discussed key issues relating to the draft memorandum of understanding on the bank’s establishment, including capital contributions, share allocation, voting rights, international credit ratings, financial innovation, cooperation mechanisms and future work plans. The meeting was attended by deputy finance ministers, deputy governors of central banks and officials from 28 countries, including the ASEAN member states of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesia and Vietnam. — MNA/KZL
