UNION Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi, who is also the Patron of the My­anmar Gems Emporium Central Committee, attended the com­mittee meeting in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday. Deputy Minister U Min Thu, who is the committee chairman, the permanent secre­tary, directors-general, managing directors, chairman, and officials of the Myanmar Gems and Jewel­lery Entrepreneurs Association, was also present at the meeting.

 

The meeting discussed jade, gems and pearl lots to be sold at the 2024 Mid-Year Myanmar Gems Emporium and work plans for the successful holding of the emporium. — MNA/KTZH
