THE Myanmar National League (MNL) will hold its 2026-2027 season with 12 teams. Due to team withdrawals, three clubs from MNL 2 earned pro­motion to fill the spots.

 

Following last sea­son, Rakhine United and Yamanya United were relegated, while Chinland and Myawady moved up. Dagon Port withdrew, allowing Yan­gon City to join alongside other promoted teams.

 

The season will fea­ture current champions Shan United, Yangon United, Dagon Star Unit­ed, ISPE FC, Yadana­bon FC, Thitsa Arman FC, Ayeyawady United, Maha United, Hantha­wady United, Myawady, Chinland, and Yangon City.
