Myanmar Police Veteran Organization celebrates 2nd anniversary

State Administration Coun­cil Member Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae attended the ceremo­ny to commemorate the 2nd Anniversary of the Myanmar Police Veteran Organization held at Areindama Hall of the Headquarters of Myanmar Police Force in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

 

 

First, the Union minister talked about the formation of the region/state and township organizing committees for the increase of the forces of Police veterans, an increase in mem­bers of police veterans by the end of 2023, funding for police veterans and other welfare of police veterans and their family members.

 

 

He also urged the po­lice veterans to cooperate to achieve the organization’s four objectives and six ac­tivities by drawing five-year plans and upholding “Our Three Main National Causes” in serving duties for internal security, peace and prosperity, rule of law and mitigation of crimes.

 

The chairman of the My­anmar Police Veterans Or­ganization clarified the work implementation over two years and the work plans to be implemented, and the Un­ion minister concluded the event. — MNA/KTZH
