New school facility opens in Kyonpyaw Twsp.

A ceremony to inaugurate a new school building includes three class rooms was held at the in front of B.E.P.S.-2 in Aungsan Ward in the town of Kyonpyaw, Ayeyarwady Region this morning.

 

Chairman of Kyonpyaw District Administration Council U Aung Naing-Oo and member-1 of the District Administration Council Lieutenant Colonel Hein Maung Myint, member-2 of the District Administration Council U Yan Naing Win, Secretary of the District Administration Council Police Lt-Col Khin Maung Lwin and the District Education officer U Kyaw Zin Thant cut a ceremonial ribbon to formally open the new school facility.

 

Afterwards, Chairman of the District Administration Council U Aung Naing Oo spoke words of thanks to the government. Next, officials looked round the new school building and gave words of encouragement to children who were reading at the library of the school.

 

The one-story school building which is 60 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width was constructed with Ks. 80.0 million allocated by regional government in 2023-2024 FY.—La Pyae Oo(IPRD)
