Officials led by U Han Win Aung, Chairman of the Township Administration Body made a field trip to inspect the conditions of the recent riverbank erosion and the evacuation of 14 households and a school in Shyabin and Sinkyun village tracts in Shwedaung Township of Bago Region on September 20.

During the inspection tour, officials held a coordination meeting with responsible officials from the village tracts and urged them to relocate 152 people from 42 households and two schools as soon as possible if riverbank erosion occurs.—Ko Ko Min(IPRD)
