A ceremony to honor outstanding matriculation students who passed 2019 matriculation examination with flying colors was held at Pyinnya yadana hall of Sub-B.E.H.S-2 in the town of Thipaw, Kyaukme District, Shan State(North) this morning.
Firstly, students performed an opening song, and an official from the Township Education officer’s Office delivered a speech. Afterwards officials presented certificates of honor to donors. This was followed by presentation of awards to outstanding matriculation students in 2018-2019 Academic year.
Altogether 32 outstanding matriculation students from Basic Education High Schools including private high schools in the Township received awards, it is learnt.—Daw Ni La Soe, IPRD
