Myanma Agricultural Development Bank is disbursing over K 143 million of monsoon agricultural loans to farmers in Magway Region, according to an official from Myanma Agricultural Development Bank (Magway Branch).
The agricultural loans are being distributed at a rate of K 150,000 per acre of monsoon paddy and K 100,000 per acre of other crops. In Magway Region, over 400,000 acres of monsoon paddy and over 820,000 acres of other crops will be grown.
Those who paid back their debt will be disbursed monsoon agricultural loans. In summer, agricultural loans for over 380 acres of summer paddy and over 1000 acres of other crops were distributed to farmers in four townships in the region, according to Magway Branch.
