Loilem 19 March
A ceremony in commemoration of the 70th Anniversary Pa-O National Day was observed at Mingala Anauk Monastery in Loilem, Shan State(East) yesterday.
U Than Aye Swe, Vice Deputy Commissioner of Loilem District General Administer Department and U Than Lwin of Township Administrator of Loilem GAD formally opened the ceremony by cutting a ribbon. This was followed by performing an opening song, traditional dances by Pa-O, Shan, Lishu ethnics, after which the ceremony came to an end.—Moe Lwin Oo (Loilem)
