Myanmar Fruit, Flower, and Vegetable Producer and Exporter Association (MFVP) informed interested passion fruit suppliers of connecting with them by 10 August to conduct large-scale and collaborative models of production and develop business linkages.
MFVP brought up passion fruit production activities during a discussion of fruit and vegetable trade and cooperation matters when Myanmar and China elaborated on bilateral trade and investment conditions.
Consequently, MFVP notified passion fruit suppliers, companies and associations, especially from northern, southern and eastern Shan State, to dial 09 43127656 or mail mffvpea.office@gmail. com by 10 August to engage in joint production activities.
MFVP was established on 11 August 2006. Throughout 18 years of the association, MFVP aimed to facilitate stakeholders in the supply chains, including growers, producers, traders, exporters and experts.
Additionally, MFVP has been joining hands with affiliated associations to develop value-added production, get access to technology and market and grant food safety certificates to producers. They enhance horticulture supply, create business linkages, hold horticulture festivals (mango, pomelo, avocado, watermelon, muskmelon, tea leaf) and endeavour for future progress. — NN/KK
