Policemen donates humanitarian aid to flood victims in Myeik

A police force led by Commander of the district police force Police Lt-Col Kyaw Myo Myint donated relief items to flood victims from two villages whose homes were inundated by torrential rains flowing heavy rains hit Myeik, Taninthayi Region.

They presented relief supplies such as 25 rice bags, 25 bottles of cooking oil, 25 packets of drinking water, 13 packets of instant noodle and medicine to 134 flood victims from 25 households who are taking shelter at a temporary rescue camp set up in the compound of a basic middle school (branch). 

In addition, they also furnished 216 flood victims from another temporary relief camp with 43 rice bags, 43 bottles of cooking oil, 43 packets of drinking water and 22 packets of instant noodle and shared knowledge about health.—Oo Myint
