President U Win Myint received the outgoing Ambassador of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Myanmar, Mr. Lyying Sayaxang, at the Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
They cordially discussed promoting bilateral relations and friendship between Myanmar and Laos, and increasing cooperation regarding trade, investment, cultural exchange, and tourism between both countries.
Present at the meeting were Union Minister for International Cooperation, U Kyaw Tin, and other officials.—MNA
