Public talks on conservation of environment held in Falam

Public talks titled “environmental conservation” organized, by the Township IPRD and departmental offices, were held this morning at the hall of Zung Lawi of B.E.H.S-2 in Falam, Chin State.

At the talks, Deputy Commissioner U Ye Myant Tint of District GAD delivered an opening speech and an official from the District IPRD U Shing Tam clarified the purpose of the talks.

Staff officer U Zaw Thein from the township Forest Department, Vice President of Chin Social Relief, Resettlement and Development Foundation (CRCDF) Rev. Thawng Bik, staff officer of District Fire Service Department U Sa Zung Mang, and Editor of Chiland Herald Salai Ngepi Siang Uk Thang discussed about the conservation of natural environment at the talks. 

Afterwards, relevant officials answered queries raised by those present on the occasion.—Jonh
