Kamaing 2 October
Relief items were provided to flood victims in the town of Kamaing, Hpakant Township, Kachin State on 30 September.
Torrential downpours hit the town starting from 27 September and the increase of water level in Indaw Creek and Nankaung Creek caused flooding. Then, water entered into the low-lying areas and a total of 812 people from 174 households became flood victims. Therefore, the well-wishers donated rice and drinking water to the victims.
