School health services and awareness activities were conducted at Basic Education Middle School (Branch) in Mongpan Township, Linkhae District, Shan State (south) this morning.
On the occasion, Township Medical Officer Dr. Tin Khaing discussed about seasonal flu and Dentist Dr. Myint Naing also shared knowledge concerning dental health care. Afterwards, a total of 605 students were provided with health care services and medicines free of charge.
From July 2 to 4, the medical staff gave school health services at Basic Education Post-Primary School (Nasan), BEHS (Mongpan) and BEMS (Mwedaw). The Maternal and Child Welfare Association and Women’s Affairs Committee participated in the healthcare services.
