A joint squad confiscated two homemade guns, one hand grenade and five bullets from two men while performing law enforcement activities near Wewun Village in Thanbyuzayet Township on 4 September.
A combined team consisting of policemen from Anin Police outpost and eye witnesses found two men in a hut of a rubber plantation near Wewun Village in Thanbyuzayet Township at around 8 a.m. on 4 September. They also discovered two handmade guns, one hand grenade and five bullets inside the hut.
The two men including Kyaw Shein (alias) Ameit, 47 years old were nabbed and were being questioned by the police over possession of weapons.—MOHA
