Gangaw 30 June
Township authorities made a domiciliary visit to provide social pension and additional cash aids to elderly people over 85 years old in Ward-1 in the town of Gangaw, Magway Region this morning.
A total of K 60,000 including K 30,000 of social pension and K 30,000 of additional cash aids were provided to a total of 15 elderly people in Ward-1. In addition, pamphlets about COVID-19 jointly conducted by HelpAge International Myanmar and Department of Social Welfare were provided to the elderly.
MP Daw Yin Min Hlaing of Pyithu Hluttaw, Assistant Director from Gangaw District Department of Social Welfare, an official from Township General Administration Department and Ward Administrator were in presence.
