Nyaungdon 16 December
A ceremony to provide social pension to elderly people over 85 years old in Nyaungdon Township in Maubin District, Ayeyawady Region was held at the Township General Administration Department on December 16.
A total of 1066 elderly people from 54 village-tracts in the township were provided with K 30,000 each for three months via respective village administrators. The occasion was attended by Chairman and members of Township Administration Council, officials from Township Department of Social Welfare, departmental personnel and village administrators.
