Shwe Thaung Yan, 22 November
A total of 72 students aged 12 and above from middle schools and high schools received their second dose of Covid-19 vaccine at the B.E.H.S. in Shwe Thaung Yan Township, Pathein District, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday.
Students who received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccine on 22 October received their second dose of the vaccine on 22 November. The vaccination was conducted with the collaboration of the healthcare workers, staff from the Township General Administration Department, police members, firefighters and volunteers in line with Covid-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.
Medical workers continue to administer second dose of COVID-19 vaccine to the remaining students on November 23 and 24 at Ohn Chaung B.E.H.S. and Thapawkan B.E.H.S. respectively.—Ko Ko Maung
