Students are sitting for the 2024-2025 Matriculation Examination in Chemistry and Geography in Mawlamyine Kyun Township, Labutta District of Ayeyarwady Region, at seven examination centers this morning.

To ensure a smooth examination process, traffic safety and healthcare services are being managed by departmental officials, police officers, ward and village administrators, and medical personnel, all coordinated by U Khin Maung Oo, the Chairman of the Township Administration Body. These efforts aim to provide a safe and secure environment for students at the designated examination centers.

There are seven examination centers in Mawlamyine Kyun Township, with 1,478 candidates registered for the Matriculation Examination. Of these, 1,418 students attended the exam, while 60 were absent, resulting in an attendance rate of 95.94 percent, according to the Township Education Officer's Office.— Ye Ko Maung (IPRD)
