State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi continued her tour of Chin State yesterday, attending a ceremony to inaugurate the Chin traditional archway in Haka and meeting with people in Falam.

A ceremony to open a playground for kids was held at Basic Education High School No.1 in Madaya Township, Mandalay Region this morning.

English Language Training-2 for government officials was opened at the hall of Union Civil Service Board here this morning with an opening address by member of UCSB U Saw Valentine. 

The handover ceremony of two new buildings for Basic Education High School (branch), Kayin village, Yekyi Township, Pathein District, Ayeyarwady Region took place at the school with an introductory speech by Township Administrator U Min Khing Win and Township Education Officer Daw Khin Khin Aye.

The opening ceremony of Children literature festival, literature exhibition and book sales, jointly organized by Ministry of Information, Ministry of Education and Kachin State Government was convened at the convocation hall of Myitkyina University, Kachin State yesterday morning.

The fire drill was jointly organized by the Electricity Supply Enterprise (ESE) under the Ministry of Electricity and Energy and the Fire Services Department (FSD) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
