At the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, President U Win Myint left Nay Pyi Taw for India by a special flight this morning to attend his swearing-in ceremony.
A ceremony to open a new township office building and to erect a signboard of the office building of Union Betterment Party headed by Thura U Shwe Mann was held in the compound of U Maung Htay’s house on Sakantha road in Lutlatyay ward, Kyaukpadaung township, Nyaung-U district, Mandalay region this morning.
