A stake-driving ceremony for construction of a four-storey staff apartment was held in the compound of a 50-bedded public hospital in Twantay Township, Yangon Region this morning.
Eight people were injured after a vehicle hit an iron railing of a small bridge on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway in Pyawbwe Township, Mandalay Region on 6 April.
The road is of concrete type and measures 1,410 ft. in length, 8 ft. in width and 6 inch in height. It was built with more than Ks. 14 million contributed by the DRD under its Village Development Plan and local people.
An inauguration ceremony of a new concrete road which was built on a self-reliant basis took place in Kotkelar Village in Kyaikmaraw Township, Mon State this morning.
