Non-use of seat belts driving up death, injury rates: RTAD

DEATH  and  injury  rates  in  road accidents have increased because people are not wear-ing  seat  belts,  said  U  San  Yu,  director of the Road Transport Administration  Department  (RTAD), Sagaing Region.
