Tiddim 24 July
A training course on micro hydropower for rural electrification is being conducted at the office of Department of Rural Development in Tiddim, Chin State.
The course was jointly organized by the United Nations Office Project Services and the DRD. The five-day course has started since 22 July and is being attended by 32 trainees throughout Chin State.
The aim of the course is to enhance capacity of the government employees who are tasked with ensuring micro hydropower in rural areas of Chin State and meeting quality and set standard.—Nay Su (Chin Yoma)
