Two dead after car plunges into ravine in Phasaung Township

Two men were killed after a car plummeted into a gorge in Phasaung Township, Kayah State, the Ministry of Home Affairs reported.
    

The fatal accident occurred at a mountain slope on the Mawchee-Taungpaw Road near Lokharlo Village in Phasaung Township at about 1:30 p.m. on 25 February. A car with two men on board plunged into a 300 ft. deep ravine after the driver lost control of the car.
    

Two men identified as Saw Klothoe, 23, and Marco, 25, died on the spot in the incident. The dead bodies were reportedly sent to a nearby rural station.—MOHA
