With the aim of distributing water to three villages in Meiktila Township in Mandalay Region, Township Department of Rural Development is undertaking water supply projects in the villages during 2021-2022 FY.
During six-month budget, the projects will be implemented in Satbyakyin village in Satbyakyin village-tract, Phomoegyigone village in Wahyone village-tract and Sinsalwe village in Myinkan village-tract with K 63.160 million of capital.
The projects are being conducted by tender winning company starting from 18 November. The projects including digging tube wells and construction of water tanks and water plants are being undertaken. Upon completion, local people in the villages will be available drinking water in all seasons.
