With the aim of beautifying the whole township and keeping it clean, a group of people carried out a weekly collective garbage clearance campaign along the roads in ward-12, South Okkalapa Township, Yangon Region yesterday.
A group of people consisting of members of No Plastic Campaign Group, philanthropic group, social organizations and staff from the township Development Affairs Committee conducted a collective garbage clearance campaign in the township. The collective garbage clearance campaign is the 70th of its kind in the township.
No Plastic Campaign Group will also conduct the 71st collective garbage clearance campaign along the roads in ward-13 in South Okkalapa Township on 5 January 2020.—Nay Htet Aung
