Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, as Chairman of the Organizing Committee on Youth and Literary Fine Arts Festival, participated in the second day of the festival yesterday.
First, the Union minister watched the youths’ talk show, “Youths and Optimism”, launched by the presenter and artistes of MRTV-4 Channel, and cordially met participants.
The talk show focused on the benefits received from reading, State development programmes through the literary and fine arts sector, ways to overcome the challenges that the youths encounter, advantages of optimism and development of five essential strengths.
The event also featured entertainment programmes. The Union minister then observed the festival grounds and cordially met students, youths and people. — MNA/KTZH
