Waw, 27 September
A total of 370000 fish fingerlings were released into Bago canal on 27 September to further restore the biodiversity of the canal in Waw Township, Bago Region.
U Zaw Myint Naing, staff officer of the Township Fisheries Department, U Thi Ha Tun, chairman of the Township Administration Council and departmental officials attended the event and jointly released 370000 fingerlings into the canal to increase fish production in the Township.
A total of 40 people including U Zaw Myint Naing, staff officer of the Township Fisheries Department, U Thi Ha Tun, chairman of the Township Administration Council, departmental officials and locals attended the event.—Aung Myat Linn(IPRD)
