Roads, bridges being built with over K 85 million in Yenangyaung Township

With the aim of upgrading socioeconomic development in Yenangyaung Township, Magway Region, construction of roads and bridges is being implemented with over K 85 million in the township, according to an official from the District Department of Rural Development.

 

During this fiscal year, inter-village roads, four inter-village bridges and 18 box culverts are being implemented with K 283.821 million allocated by Union Budget and K 574.37 million allocated by funds of regional government starting from July. Now, all the projects have been completed by 65 percent, according to an official. 

 

Upon completion, 53517 people from 11682 households in 54 villages will be convenient in transportation in all seasons.
