Officials inspect construction works of rural road in Monghpyak Twsp.

With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and saving time and money, construction works of rural road have been implemented Namh Hwelon and Salohmain-hakyamuti villages in Monghpyak Township since the third week of September last year and now, all the projects were completed by 100 percent, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.

Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the construction works of rural road on 22 March and gave necessary instructions to members of village development committee.

The rural road measuring one mile in length, 12 ft. in width and one inch in thickness in Namhhwelon Village was constructed by a tender wining company with Ks. 56.92 million of the Union Government and the road measuring 2 miles long, 12 ft. wide and one inch thick in Salohmai-hakyamuti was constructed by a tender wining company with Ks. 96.92 million allocated by regional government in 2022-2023 fiscal years.—Zin Mar
