MYANMAR fighters Thway Lin Htet and Ye Yint Naung will compete against Thai opponents at ONE Friday Fights 153 & The Inner Circle, scheduled to be held on 8 May at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Ye Yint Naung will face Thai fighter Khunponnoy, while Thway Lin Htet will take on Seksatarn.
Thway Lin Htet is aiming to end a two-fight losing streak. He has recorded five wins and three losses in eight bouts under ONE Championship. His opponent Seksatarn has won eight of his 10 fights in ONE, although he suffered a defeat against an Iraqi fighter earlier this year.
Ye Yint Naung will make his second appearance in ONE Championship after losing his debut bout to Malaysian fighter Ghazali. His opponent Khunponnoy has previous experience against Myanmar fighters and has defeated Son Rak, Moe Htet Aung and Thant Zin. — Chit Ko Ko/KZL
