At present, Green Gold coffee is being cultivated on 16,000 acres,” said U Soe Htut Win.

Green Gold coffee is being cultivated as a substitute crop for opium in Loilem Township and Hopong Township. Since 2019, Green Gold coffee has been exported annually to foreign countries, including France and Belgium.
