UNION Minister for the Ministry of the Pres­ident’s Office U Tin Aung San received Ms Ma Jia, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar, at the Ministry’s hall yesterday afternoon.

They exchanged views on cooperation in the development of the electricity sector be­tween Myanmar and Chi­na, issues related to the continuation of ongoing projects, and economic, trade and investment issues.

The meeting was at­tended by officials from the Ministry of the Pres­ident’s Office, the Min­istry of Electricity and Energy, and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar. — MNA/MKKS
