THE delegation led by Vice-President U Nyo Saw, who attended the 29th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2026 held in Saint Petersburg in the Russian Federation, left Saint Petersburg for Yangon by air on the evening of 7 June.
The Vice-President and party were seen off at Pulkovo International Airport in Saint Petersburg by Myanmar Consul-General U Aung Pe Thet, and officials from the Committee for External Relations of Saint Petersburg and the Fund RC-Investments.
The Vice-President-led delegation arrived back in Yangon on the evening of 8 June. They were welcomed back at the Yangon International Airport by the commander of the Yangon Command, regional ministers, and officials of the Russian Embassy to Myanmar. — MNA/TTA
