A ceremony was held yesterday evening at a local battalion in Homa­lin, Sagaing Region, to warmly welcome back frontline Tatmadaw sol­diers who returned after completing operational and security duties in Chin State aimed at en­suring national stability and regional peace.

 

The welcoming event was attended by officials from the Homalin Gar­rison, departmental of­ficials, members of the Myanmar Police Force, the Myanmar War Veter­ans Organization, locals, and students.

 

The returning sol­diers, who had served day and night tirelessly on the front lines to en­sure the safety, security, and peaceful livelihoods of citizens across vari­ous regions and states, were warmly greeted by attendees holding auspi­cious Thabyay (Eugenia) sprigs, accompanied by Ozi and Dobat (tradi­tional Myanma drums) troupes, as well as music and dance performances. — MNA/KZL
