State Administration Council Member Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Defence Admi­ral Tin Aung San received Ms Ma Jia, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar, at the Union Minister’s office yester­day afternoon.

They cordially discussed con­tinued increasing defence coopera­tion between Myanmar and China, the stability and security of the bor­der areas of the two countries, and training and education between the two armed forces. — MNA/TS
